A "Healthy Mind Day" is any calendar day on which you complete an activity in the app.
"Streaks" are consecutive days on which you complete an activity/earn a Healthy Mind Day.
-Current Streak is the number of days you've completed an activity in a row, since you last missed a day
-Longest Streak is the longest stretch of consecutive days completing an activity, since you started the Program
In this example screenshot, the user has:
- completed at least one activity on 40 different days (and 2+ activities some days)
- completed at least one activity for each of the last 10 days (but missed a day just before that).
- gotten her Current Streak up to 14, at some point in the past.
