Here are suggestions for finding your 6-digit email confirmation code:

1. First, check your spam/junk email folder for an email from [e-mail]. Some email clients flag the confirmation code as spam and send it to a junk folder that most people don't commonly check.
2. Next, double-check the spelling of the email address you used to sign up. A spelling error can result in the confirmation code not being received. If that was the case, simply sign up again with the corrected email address.
3. Add [e-mail] to your safe senders list or contact list. Then try resending a new code to yourself on the confirmation code screen of the app.
