The Healthy Minds Program translates decades of research by Dr. Richard Davidson and his team at the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, into practical tools that you can use to train your mind. The program includes both sitting meditation and active practices, as well as short podcasts with Dr. Davidson and other experts on the science of well-being. The program trains users on the four components of a healthy mind, Awareness, Connection, Insight, and Purpose.
Awareness
Trains your mind to be calmer and focused by strengthening mindfulness, attention, and self-awareness.
Connection
Develops skills to strengthen appreciation, kindness, and compassion through building connection skills.
Insight
Helps you better understand how your sense of self shapes your emotions and reactions and teaches practices of self-inquiry to decrease stress and emotional reactivity.
Purpose
Strengthens your values and principles and teaches simple skills to apply them in everyday life.
