There are 2 ways to update the app to receive new content:
- Force quit
- Log out and log back in.
How to force quit:
- Apple devices with a physical home button (iPhone SE, iPhone 8 or below)- double-click the home button and then swipe up on the Healthy Minds Program app to force quit it. Reopen the app to see updated content.
- Apple devices without a physical home button (iPhone X and above)- swipe diagonally from the bottom left of the screen and then swipe up on the Healthy Minds Program app to force quit it. Reopen the app to see the updated content.
- Android devices- swipe diagonally from the bottom left of the screen and then swipe up on the Healthy Minds Program app to force quit it. Reopen the app to see the updated content.
Alternatively, you can log out: Profile > Settings (gear icon in upper right-hand corner) > LOGOUT. Once you have logged out, log back in with your account email and password to see the updated content.
